INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK & SOMATIC EXPERIENCING

MASSAGE
Therapeutic Massage
Massage relieves stress and tension, improves circulation, provides pain relief, increases joint mobility, and supports healing from injuries or after surgery. Massage can decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, provide a felt-sense of well-being, and overall improve your quality of life. I utilize a variety of modalities including deep tissue, Swedish massage, trigger point work, and acupressure, and I may integrate craniosacral work into sessions as desired. Sessions can be focused on specific areas, such as your neck and back, or can be full-body. Appropriate draping is used to ensure your privacy and comfort. I will work with you to find a depth of pressure that is both effective and comfortable to you.

I provide massage for cyclists who participate in Cycle Oregon during the yearly Classic Ride, an incredible week-long ride through various parts of the beautiful state of Oregon, and I also work on occasion with the healing arts team at Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat Center. I teach a massage workshop twice yearly at Circle of Caring, a renewal program and weekend retreat for healthcare professionals, held at UCLA's Lake Arrowhead Conference Center. Additionally, I have trained as an infant massage educator and provide infant massage instruction to parents.
